Take one spray into the mouth at the onset of symptoms.
- Muscular cramp – Repeat every 15-20 seconds for up to five doses.
- Menstrual cramp – Repeat every one to two minutes for up to three doses. Repeat as necessary.
- Restless legs – Repeat every one to two minutes for up to three doses. Repeat as necessary.
Anti Jet Lag
During a long flight, take four sprays under the tongue every two to three hours to prevent jet lag. Use as needed with Revive during periods of tiredness after the flight. Suitable for all ages.
Take one spray under the tongue whenever you’re feeling mentally or physically exhausted. Repeat every two to three minutes for up to three doses, or as needed to stay alert. Repeat after exercise to aid recovery.
Endurance should be taken regularly throughout any activity to help minimise muscle fatigue, Lactic Acid build up and cramp. For intense exertion repeat more frequently. For longer events which are more endurance than aerobic, take one spray every hour. For activities such as hiking or backpacking, one dose every 2-3 hours is sufficient.
