CrampStop is well known to quickly restore muscle function when you need it whether during a race or in the night.
Add Endurance during training, racing or weekend sport to maintain better muscle integrity, lactic acid metabolism and better recovery. Endurance is great for helping repair strained muscles and reduce muscle pain after a hard work out.
Dosage & Directions
CrampStop
Take one spray into the mouth at the onset of symptoms.
- Muscular cramp – Repeat every 15-20 seconds for up to five doses.
- Menstrual cramp – Repeat every one to two minutes for up to three doses. Repeat as necessary.
- Restless legs – Repeat every one to two minutes for up to three doses. Repeat as necessary.
Endurance
Endurance should be taken regularly throughout any activity to help minimise muscle fatigue, Lactic Acid build up and cramp. For intense exertion repeat more frequently. For longer events which are more endurance than aerobic, take one spray every hour. For activities such as hiking or backpacking, one dose every 2-3 hours is sufficient.
