Dosage & Directions
SLEEP:
2 sprays under the tongue 20 minutes before bed.
Repeat on going to bed. Repeat again if still awake in 20-30 minutes. Use in the night if needed.
Busy Brain in the night: 2 sprays under the tongue. Repeat in 10-20 minutes as necessary.
REVIVE:
Take one spray under the tongue whenever you’re feeling mentally or physically exhausted. Repeat every two to three minutes for up to three doses, or as needed to stay alert. Repeat after exercise to aid recovery.
